Tom Kuckhahn

President and CEO

Tom Kuckhahn joined Fabcon in 1994, initially working in structural design and subsequently in Fabcon’s first Research and Development position. In 2001, Tom became Director of Engineering, managing both of these areas, and was named President and CEO in 2016, succeeding Mike Le Jeune.

Mark Pederson

CFO

Mark joined Fabcon as CFO in October of 2011. Mark comes to Fabcon with extensive construction industry experience having previously served as CFO of an ENR 100 general contractor. Earlier in his career, Mark was employed in public accounting and in financial roles with companies in other industries, including manufacturing.

Mark Hansen

VP of Preconstruction Services

Mark’s thirty-plus-year career in the steel and construction industries has included positions at Allied Steel, LeJeune Steel, Clark Engineering and Amcon Corporation. Mark was recruited to Fabcon in 1996 to develop a Project Management department.

Jim Houtman

VP of Sales and Marketing

Jim came to Fabcon as a Sales Engineer in 1981. In 1989 he became National Accounts Manager, developing Fabcon’s relationships with national chain stores and assumed his present position in 1998.

Jeffrey Prewitt

Chief Operating Officer

Jeff became the Regional Manager of our Indiana division in 2001, and was promoted to General Manager of our Indiana and Ohio facilities in 2003. Jeff held that position until 2007, when he accepted the position of Vice President of Field Operations at our corporate office in Savage, MN.

Kim Capel

Vice President of Technical Services

Kim joined Fabcon in January of 2014 as Director of Information Technology. She brought global experience in IT leadership, strategic management and process improvement, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. She assumed her current role as VP of Technical Services, leading the IT, Quality and Engineering departments in August of 2016.  

John Allgaier

VP of Business Development and Supply Chain

John joined Fabcon in June of 2015 as Director of Supply Chain.  He brought 30 years of Supply Chain and Sourcing leadership experience with General Mills – with a key focus on building strategic business partnerships leading to profit growth and cost savings.  He assumed his current role as VP of Business Development and Supply Read More
