Sean Finnerty joins FABCON as the newest Production Supervisor at our Pleasanton, KS plant.   Sean is a very experienced military officer having served over 20 years in the U.S. Army, where he attained the rank of Major.  His career to date has provided him with extensive operational and leadership experience, including a comprehensive background in strategic planning and process improvement, making him a great addition to our team.  While relocating from Colorado Springs to join us in Kansas, Sean’s no stranger to the area; having attended the US Army Command and General Staff College, where he received a Master of Military Art and Science degree.

Sean now resides in the Overland Park area along with his two daughters, Sierra (15) and Kathleen Rose (6).  As a family they enjoy camping and cycling.

Shaun Lovelace has also joined the Pleasanton plant as the company’s newest Plant Manager.  Shaun brings extensive manufacturing experience, having served in Continuous Improvement and Quality, Supervisory, Plant and Operations Manager roles in the automotive, metal treating and other industries.

Shaun has lived in the Kansas City area his entire life and graduated from Central Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.  He and his wife, Kirsten, have been married 23 years and they have two children, Connor (18) and Lauren (15).  When not working Shaun enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, camping and attending his kid’s sporting and music events.

FABCON welcomes Angela Van Strader as a new Associate Project Manager at our Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania plant. She brings a background in quality assurance, customer service and negotiations after spending time working for a third-party logistics company.

Audie Medina joins FABCON as the new Quality Assurance Manager in Pleasanton, KS.  Audie comes to Fabcon with a Chemical Engineering Degree, and 30 years of experience working in the oil industry and other manufacturing companies in the CNC environment.  He has 20 years of Quality experience, including knowledge of the  ISO 9001 standard.

Venezuela is Audie’s home country; he came to the US in 2014.    Audie is very proud of his three grown children.  His oldest son received a college baseball scholarship in the US, and after graduating, was drafted into the Yankee organization in the minor leagues.   His second son was also a professional baseball player in Italy, and his youngest son is currently in college studying accounting.

Michael Berg was promoted to Project Manager at FABCON’s Grove City, Ohio plant.  He has been with FABCON since 2012 as a Field Coordinator and was promoted to Associate Project Manager in August 2015.

He holds a Business Administration Degree from the Metropolitan State University and a Civil Engineering Degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities Campus. Prior to joining Fabcon, he worked for eight years in the IT field – mostly at Micron Technology. He also worked as a civil engineer for Howard R. Green Company, Cemstone, and McGhie & Betts.
